Enjoy. 😉

Hi Helen.
I appreciate good food more than my ability to actually create it. I am and do live alone, so making elaborate food for myself just doesn’t make any sense.
Fair enough, Paul.:) Although I do know single cooks, both men and women, who focus their more ambitious endeavours around guests etc—but first, I think, one has to have the “cooking” gene.
And just as writers need readers, so too do cooks need those who just like to eat what they create. 🙂
Oooh yum, it all looks fantastic! How did the beetroot soup taste? Is it hot or cold? Mmmm.
It tasted amazing, too, both hot and cold—although I think the next day cold was in fact the best.
Mmmm. I often find soups of any sort are so much nicer the next day.
Plus cakes made with syrup…hmm-mmm…
