About The Characters: Meet The Minor Players in “The Wall Of Night” Series — Bajan
This year, while concentrating on writing The Chaos Gate (working title—aka The Wall Of Night Book Four) I’ve resumed my “About the Characters” post series that focuses on the minor characters in The Wall Of Night series, because :
“I think it’s the presence of the smaller characters that “makes” a story, creating texture around the main points of view.”
Initially, the series focused exclusively on characters from The Heir of Night, but now I’m continuing on with minor characters from both The Gathering Of The Lost and Daughter of Blood simultaneously — in alphabetical order, of course! (The quotes will be the key to whether the character appears in both or only one of the books.)

Bajan: a Derai warrior of the House of Blood, hailing from Bronze Hold
.
Another attacker staggered backward, doubled up over her stomach, and Myr finally saw the three beleaguered fighters at the center of the melee. Her hands flew to her mouth as she recognized Taly and Dab fighting shoulder-to-shoulder with Bajan of Bronze Hold, their backs to the wall. They were outnumbered three or four to one, and as Myr watched, more assailants pushed forward.
