\n<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

SpecFicNZ<\/a> have organised a Book Month Event on Sunday 18 March<\/strong>, with seven speculative fiction authors reading at the Air Force Museum in Harvard Avenue, Wigram, from 1-3 pm<\/strong>. The line-up, in alphabetical order, is Diane Berry, Jennifer Fallon<\/a>, Amanda Fitzwater<\/a>, Liz Gatens<\/a>, Jane Higgins<\/a>, Helen Lowe<\/a><\/strong> and Paul Mannering<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Starting 19 March:<\/strong> \u201cThe Great NZ Book Race\u201d <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Students from Katikati College<\/strong> (Bay of Plenty)\u00a0 and Papanui College<\/strong> (Christchurch) will be supporting their local writers by reading, reviewing, and then passing on books, from person to person until they reach the other school by the end of Term Three. Their aim is to get their book read and reviewed by the most New Zealanders.
