In order to nominate you have to have been either a Supporting or Attending member in the previous, current, or forthcoming year&#8217;s Worldcon as of January 31, 2013. For 2013, this means members of Chicon 7 (the 2012 Worldcon), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lonestarcon3.org\/index.shtml\">LoneStarCon 3<\/a> for this year, and Loncon 3 (the 2014 Worldcon).
