\"Havoc\"<\/a>This is a book I have been looking forward to for quite some time — the sequel to Jane Higgins’ award-winning debut, The Bridge.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

In fact it was way awa’ back in 2012 when I reported that:<\/p>\n

“…I have still managed to read and thoroughly enjoy Jane Higgins\u2019 <\/em>The Bridge<\/strong>, which is future dystopian SFF for YA readers\u2014although I feel it will appeal to discerning readers of all ages.<\/em><\/p>\n

And I\u2019m not the only person who thinks it\u2019s\u00a0 a great read: <\/em>The Bridge<\/strong> won the Text Prize<\/a> in 2011 and is currently shortlisted for the NZ Post Children\u2019s Book Awards<\/a>.”<\/em><\/p>\n

I am looking forward to jumping back into its future dystopian world and — I hope — picking up both the story and character threads I enjoyed so much three years ago.<\/p>\n
