Last year, I resumed my\u00a0\u201cAbout the Characters\u201d<\/a>\u00a0post series that focuses on the minor characters in\u00a0The Wall Of Night<\/a>\u00a0series, because :<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s the presence of the smaller characters that \u201cmakes\u201d a story, creating texture around the main points of view.\u201d

Initially, the series focused exclusively on characters from\u00a0The Heir of Night<\/em><\/a>, but now I\u2019m continuing on with minor characters from both\u00a0The Gathering Of The Lost<\/em><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Daughter of Blood<\/em><\/a>\u00a0simultaneously \u2014 in alphabetical order, of course!<\/p>\n
(The quotes, together with the covers, indicate whether the character appears in both or only one of the books\u2014this week we’re back to a single entry.)<\/p>\n
