The\u00a0About The Characters<\/a>\u00a0post series focuses on the minor characters in\u00a0The Wall Of Night<\/a>\u00a0series, in large part because:<\/p>\n

Initially, the series focused exclusively on characters from\u00a0The Heir of Night<\/em><\/a>, but now I\u2019m continuing on with minor characters from both\u00a0The Gathering Of The Lost<\/em><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Daughter of Blood<\/em><\/a>\u00a0\u2014 in alphabetical order, of course!<\/p>\n
Recently we’ve been traversing the letter \u201cL\u201d and The Gathering of the Lost<\/em><\/a> — but although still in “L”, today the focus is back on Daughter Of Blood<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Laer:<\/strong>\u00a0 A Sea House weatherworker on the ship, Che’Ryl-g-Raham<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
Sea House marines, Kalan supposed\u2014but it was the figure to the first woman\u2019s left who held his attention. The man was tall, with the same twisted cables of hair as his companion, although his were mostly gray, framing a deeply weathered face. The breeze rippled the folds of his sea-green robe, the deep border a wave design in indigo and black.
