The\u00a0About The Characters<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0post series focuses on the minor characters in\u00a0The Wall Of Night<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0series, in large part because:<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s the presence of the smaller characters that \u201cmakes\u201d a story, creating texture around the main points of view.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Initially, the series focused exclusively on characters from\u00a0The Heir of Night<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, but now I\u2019m continuing on with minor characters from both\u00a0The Gathering Of The Lost<\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Daughter of Blood<\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0\u2014 in alphabetical order, by name, of course!<\/p>\n

At present, we\u2019re currently in the realms of \u201cL\u201d \u2013 as mentioned last time, a popular one for names in the Haarth world. \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n

Leti:<\/strong> a daughter of the inn keeper at Grayharbor\u2019s Anchor inn<\/span><\/p>\n

Kalan woke in darkness to collect up his gear and prepare the horses for the voyage. A tousled, sleepy Leti let him out the inn gate and she was still in the entrance when he looked back from the street corner. A fine, misting rain haloed the night lantern above her head as they both lifted a hand in farewell.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
