I’m sticking with my leadership theme, but this month it comes with a twist, which is that for the first time, I’m looking at the villain of the piece, who also happens to be a great leader.<\/p>\n

The leader is Ulric, from David Gemmell’s epic-heroic classic, the novel Legend<\/em><\/strong>. (Yep that’s the same Legend the one-time award was named for. You may recall The Gathering of the Lost<\/em><\/a> was a finalist in 2013.)<\/p>\n
