And although it’s not necessarily an “of course”, I have dipped into the business of adapting The Odysse<\/em>y (and related myths), from time to time — which makes me one among a multitude in its near-three thousand year-old history. \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n

So far, my adaptations have been in the form of short stories, and a sequence of poems I call Ithaca Conversations. <\/em>All of which comprise a slant-wise (to paraphrase Emily Dickinson) look at characters and events from The Odyssey<\/em> et al, and some of which are available on my website\/blog.<\/p>\n
