So-o, last time I did an update, I signaled that: “In terms of where to from here, my aim is to get to the end of the current section, at which point I’ll do another update.”
As I’m not quite there yet, this is “not an update.”
I am, however, getting very close, with just a few puzzle pieces left to fit together, so (fingers crossed!) it should be the update soon.
My metaphorical abode until it’s done!

Thornspell is my first novel and is published by Knopf (Random House Children's Books, USA). It won the Sir Julius Vogel Award 2009 for Best Novel: Young Adult and was a Storylines Childrens' Literature Trust Notable Book 2009.

Thank you so much for being a “keen bean” for the Wall world — while I am “keenly aware” that an update is Long Overdue! To which end, I’m posting another “not (quite) an update” tomorrow, April 28, with good hope that it shall be the actual update shortly thereafter.
