Work-In-Progress Update: Section 2 (of WALL #4 Part 2) Done!
As in m’last update on August 11, I confirmed my June 9 commitment, that “Future updates will be on each section of Part 2 as I complete them. I’ll report on them here, under About My Books and About What I’m Doing, as that occurs.”
That’s Part 2 of the overall WALL #4 manuscript, by the way, in case of an doubt. (As I also mentioned on June 9, tis a book of two very distinct halves — diptych style, in fact. 😉 )

A Roman-style diptych
Today I’m talking about the second section of Part 2, and am very happy to report that it’s now done.
So it’s on to Section 3, which must (alas or hurrah, as you will), begin with a little writing new — but only a little. Otherwise, 3 is one of the shorter instalments, but of considerable import to the story. So as mentioned on August 14, “length alone may not determine how long revision will take: it’s always far more about what’s happening with the narrative and the characters.”

Yarp, that’s Haarth…
As also mentioned on August 14, “the (only) way through is to keep turning up and moving the work forward, one word, sentence, paragraph, page, chapter and section at a time.” But please be assured — I’m not taking my foot from the pedal!
See you again (on this subject) on the other side of Section 3 (of 6 — a topic also canvassed on August 14, should you feel in need of a refresh. :D)
