A Few Armageddon Photos!
I had a blast at Armageddon today, including catching up briefly with Nalini Singh who was signing at 12.30 pm. It was great to meet some of you who have been visiting me here on the blog—and also to make new “book friends” who dropped by to hear about The Heir of Night. Thanks, too, to Karen and Margaret from Hachette who were present, and to Jeremy and the team from Whitcoulls for making me so welcome.
It looks really great!
Gillian, it was fun—a new experience for me and there would be bursts of activity followed by quieter periods, but I enjoyed myself.
You look busy !
I have now read “The Heir of Night” end to end. It is a very good read and I enjoyed the story very much.
I am patiently looking forward to Book 2 of the series and seeing the overall story unfold in Books 3 and 4 – when all my questions from Book 1 will be answered.
June, I hope all your question will be not only answered, but answered satisfactorily—and am certainly doing my best to make sure that you don’t have to be patient for too long. 🙂
Woohoo! Looks like fun! Is it just me or are those red Heir trade paperbacks HUGE??? So cool…
Mary, They’re B-format trade, which is smaller than the ususal ‘large’ (C-format) trade, but definitely a whole lot bigger than the US (blue cover) mass market edition. The UK release in March 2011 will be a large C-format trade edition
Thanks for the pictures! Looks like a great event.
SullivanM: It was fun!
